Patent 7,406,116 been issued by the the United States patent office for the Hours location technology on July 29, 2008 . The Patent was filed on March 26 2004 and represents a unique methodology for extremely accurate locationdetermination using utilizing Bayesian mathematical techniquesrather then the traditional Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA), trilateration or triangulation techniques in common use.
